Join Here to Help for our free Autism and Mental Health Parent Workshop in Middlesbrough, designed to provide parents and carers with practical information, advice and guidance about autism and mental health.
These friendly and supportive sessions provide an opportunity to learn more about the relationship between autism and mental health, understand some of the challenges autistic children and young people may experience, and explore practical strategies that can be used at home.
Whether you are a parent of an autistic child, are seeking to understand autism and mental health better, or would like practical ideas to support your child’s wellbeing, these sessions offer a welcoming space to learn, ask questions and connect with others.

You can expect accessible information about autism and mental health, practical tips and strategies that can be used at home, opportunities to ask questions, and a supportive environment for parents and carers.

Location: The Glowsticks Project Cafe, Dundas Shopping Centre & Indoor Market, Unit 14, Dundas Shopping Centre, Dundas Street, Middlesbrough, TS1 1HT
When: First Thursday of each month
Time: 2:00pm to 3:30pm
Cost: Free to attend
These autism parent workshops in Middlesbrough are delivered by colloboration of Here to Help, an SJOG Hospitaller Services project and Glowsticks Project supporting autistic people and their families with information, wellbeing support and autism informed resources.
